WHAT: A Sunday Love Feast is a vegetarian feast, usually consisting of 11 or 12 different items. The feast is attended by 30 - 70 very awesome people (hopefully including you). It is in my home and I do the cooking with a lot of help from others. It's kind of like a neighborhood picnic for a neighborhood without borders. The feasts are free and donations are welcomed. We try to use local veggies and the milk products we use are freshly made from protected family cows, cows that are loved and will never be slaughtered. WHY: Sunday Love Feast is one of the ways my husband and I give back to the community. We have a New Age/Metaphysical store, Kindred Spirits, in Winston Salem, and we meet A LOT of great people that I know would like to meet each other. Cooking is a way for me to express my heart, a way to show my love for others.

WHEN: The 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, from 11AM - 1PM. There might be an occasional cancelation, so check the menu page before heading out.
